Really great vape. The mouthpiece gets a bit warm after three consecutive sessions. Only comes with one mouthpiece which kinda sucks but maybe I'm just being greedy lol. You will not be disappointed.

Love my magnum 2. Recently ordered some accessories for the unit. Prices were fair and shipping speed was Amazon fast!!! Could not be happier.

You need to give your users much better directions on how to remove water from bubbler and then reset the valve. No directions are given at all on how to reset the valve after blowing on mouthpiece to remove water.

I loved this product at first as it really does make bud last longer and brings out the taste. But one seriously annoying thing about it is how fragile the glass is which is the only reason I got it hence the "bongpen" moniker. The other waterless attachment gets clogged too often so it's really worthless if you don't have the glass attachment. The glass is around 30-40 a pop including shipping. I've busted at least 4 glass attachments from just cleaning them. This last time the tool that is included with the pen just got stuck inside and busted it from the inside out, had to throw out the glass and tool as i couldn't get it out. The pen itself is durable but the glass just makes me wanna throw the whole pen out and look elsewhere for a better dry herb vaporizer. I'm tired of buying replacements.

So far the only downsides are the battery life is garbage and the little bowl has to be refilled too often.

Wrong product sent. 24 hours after reaching out to Puri5 to arrange a replacement, I've received no word back.

I've only had my Magnum3 for a week and I really enjoy using it. I ordered the bubbler accessory but when I got it there was a small leak. I contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement.
The product works well, the customer service is fantastic.
