I purchased a 500mg strength jar of cream. They were kind enough to send me a gift of a second jar for free. I had previously used their 250mg strength cream. It helped me with the pain from my hernia surgery. I will use it when I have aches and pain. So far I purchased a Jar of 250mg cream a few years a go. Now I got a jar of 500mg cream. Along with the free jar of 500mg cream. If you have various aches and pains in your muscles it does seem to help. It also helps my right thumb which I injured a long time ago in 1984 as I aged the injury has come back with pain on and off. Using this 500mg cream does help.
