I started using the CBD drops before sleep and love them. I honestly think it helps me sleep so much sounder. I still have wild nightmares but at least I don’t wake up and ruin my sleep schedule for the night. Nice. Because nightmares suck but not sleeping sucks more. Anyway, I stopped using it for awhile and then once I started again, my sleep improved again. My friend tried it when they stayed over for a sleepover. They also loved it. But they don’t have nightmares every single night. They just liked it. Doesn’t taste like vomit. I once used a dog cbd drop that tasted like stomach acid after too long of a night out… if you know what I mean. This one tastes like nothing, which is how it should be. Would recommend this to anyone who also has seen too many ghosts and it haunts them into adulthood. Or anyone who wants to try CBD drops that don’t taste like vomit.
