Like everyone else on this platform i've been scam by this company. I've ordered the massager from purelife from the 21st of February and I haven't received it. I have email them but no response, their website does not work and tracking number that they sent does not work either. I would advise people not to by from them.

SCAM- As per all the other reviews, AVOID this company.
Exactly the same story, ordered, not received. Provided with a tracking number, but no idea of delivering company so cannot check the status of the tracking.
Claimed that the item had been misdelivered due to an error their end and that I would receive both a refund and replacement. Again, the tracking number they provided was useless.
I raised a dispute with my bank and received a refund through the bank the same day.

I ordered a massager on 21st Feb and received a confirmation with tracking link. Both have now stopped working, the website has disappeared and my emails have gone unanswered. AVOID.

Same as the others here unfortunately.
Scammed same nonsense refund plus free item sent to wrong address, blah blah blah.
Should be closed down by shopify.

This company is a total scam. Do not purchase anything as they do not have or send out item. They have scammed every customer. I purchased a massage item and I never received anything after waiting 3 weeks. Sent lots of emails out to them and mostly ignored. First time they apologised and said sent item out to wrong address which is an absolute lie and now they are ignoring all contact. No refund and have been scammed. This scam business needs to be shut down and prosecuted.

Same as everybody else got scammed. Was told it had been delivered to the wrong address and they would send another one free of charge with a refund, nothing happened. Got in touch again, it was still in transit and the were waiting authorisation before a refund. The tracking number doesn't exist and now no response. This Company should be taken off Facebook with it being a scam. One out of five is too generous.

I PHONED THE BANK LAST WEEK AND THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT THE 10 DAYS.. (THAT I WAS PROMISED FOR THE REFUND)… THE BANK TOLD ME TO PHONE THEM BACK TUESDAY.. WHICH IS IN 3 DAYS.. I THINK THE BANK WILL GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK… ALTHOUGH I DID PAY BY DEBIT CARD AND NOT CREDIT CARD.. I WILL NEVER TRUST ANYTHING LIKE THIS EVER AGAIN…

Unfortunately same as everyone else. Promised a refund and send a replacement nothing happened. They are ignoring my emails now too. Total scam didn’t want to give a star I think no star should be an option.

Like everyone else on here, I stupidly ordered without checking and I've been scammed. Thieving b*stards.

I ordered my pure relief massager a couple of months ago it never materialised. I then received an apology email saying they would refund my money and send me a replacement free massage still nothing no answer to emails. I have tried and tried and tried but nothing I wish I knew who else to complain to if anyone knows please tell me.

Placed my order 8/2/26, was apparently shipped on 13/2/26, still not received and looking at the reviews I don’t expect it to be.

Totally SCAMMED! I wish I read all this reviews before buy on Facebook! AVOID!!!! You will be stressed losing time emails them and MONEY!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, ORDERED A MASSAGER IN EARLY JANUARY, NOTHING RECEIVED, AFTER CHASING THEM THE REPLY WAS WE ARE USING NEW CARRIERS AND YOUR PRODUCT GOT LOST SO YOU WILL RECEIVE A NEW ONE AND ALSO GET A REFUND. NOTHING RECEIVED, EMAILING THEM EVERYDAY.

Please please please do not order from this disgusting so called company,put my order in on January took my cash out account and after many emails I still never received my goods,this is just not on and the amount of folk it has scammed something has to be done about this,me myself is in the process of taking the matter further as so called company's like this CANNOT get away with robbing folk

Total scam, never arrived, ignored emails. BEWARE!

SCAM! Avoid - seen on Facebook adverts thinking it would be legit - gave a Chinese tracking number but not delivered ! Does not answer to emails and payment location was Mexico! Not a UK company at all.

Wouldn’t even give them one star but that’s not an option. DO NOT order from them! Apparently it was delivered in the 19/02/2026 but it was not. I didn’t even get a notification saying delivered. Not yet had a response from my email.
I mistakenly thought as they went through the shop app it wouldn’t be a scam….dont make the same mistake!

This is a fake site. I placed the order in January 2026 and till now I haven’t received the product. They just keep replying my email stating it’s on way and that the amount will be refunded. Till now neither I received refund nor the product. I would fore warn anyone buying this product, as they are using shop as their selling platform. Highly disappointed with their services and they are a scam!

**AVOID** I placed my order late December 2025, and was advised my order would be delivered. It’s now 18/2/26 I’ve got no product & no refund! After numerous emails nothing has been done. Avoid this company it’s a huge scam!

Order on 27th January still not received my order was told they would replace and refund me but still nothing very rude customer service on emails dont buy from this company
