I’m really sorry it’s felt like a complete waste for you. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have after trying one of our products.

We need to clarify a few points for accuracy. The grounding mat included in your Starter Kit is not plastic. It is made from a medical grade conductive material with woven silver fibre, which is the component that enables grounding when connected to a grounded outlet. We publish our material specifications on our website for transparency.

We also provide extensive educational materials such as videos,faqs and research page to help customers understand what grounding is, how it works in the body, and what to expect when using the products. Grounding does not always produce an immediate sensation. For many people, changes in sleep quality, recovery, or nervous system regulation appear gradually with consistent use. This is why we ensure customers have clear guidance and support during the setup and trial period.

Your return was accepted and your refund was processed after the product was received and checked by the warehouse. If your bank has not displayed it yet, our team can provide the reference details so they can locate it.

We take our customer experience seriously, and we are already reviewing how communication timing in your case can be improved. Your feedback has been noted and is being actioned.

We’ve also confirmed that the items you received were not found to be faulty upon inspection, and that our warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not variations in individual results.

We’re glad to hear your Continuity Tester arrived safely on 12 September. We’d like to clarify that your order confirmation was sent the same day your order was placed, and we replied to your email on 15 August. Since then, we haven’t received any further emails from you on our support system, so we’re sorry if it seemed like we weren’t responding.

To clarify, the product you ordered is a flat grounding sheet measuring 60 cm by 280 cm. This is clearly stated on our website, alongside photos and full product descriptions to help customers make informed decisions before purchasing. The flat design is intentional, allowing it to be laid across the bed in various ways, depending on the user’s needs and sleeping habits. It is not a fitted sheet and is not designed to cover the entire mattress.

We also want to be transparent about how grounding works. The benefits of grounding can vary from person to person and are often gradual rather than instant. Some people notice improved sleep or reduced inflammation after consistent use, while others experience more subtle changes over time. This depends on many individual factors, including frequency of use, general health, environment, and expectations.

To support customers in getting the most out of their product, we’ve invested heavily in educational resources, including:

Regarding your refund request, our Returns Policy requires that products be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a refund. Once a product has been used, we are unable to accept it for return or refund. If a used product is returned, our warehouse team inspects it to confirm its condition. If use is confirmed, a refund cannot be issued.

Regarding our money-back guarantee, we do state clearly on our website that to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
