Hola María,
Qué bueno que te hayas puesto en contacto con nosotros, y lamentamos que tu pequeño haya rechazado la fórmula. Entendemos completamente lo preocupante que puede ser. Es importante saber que, con cualquier cambio en la fórmula infantil, se recomienda un período de adaptación de aproximadamente dos semanas. Esto permite que tu bebé se acostumbre al nuevo sabor y composición.
Lo que a menudo ayuda durante esta transición es introducir la nueva fórmula de manera gradual durante varios días. La leche de cabra es conocida por su sabor suave y delicado. Por ejemplo, puedes hacer la transición en cuatro días mezclando la nueva fórmula con la actual:
Día 1: 25% Pure Goat, 75% fórmula actual
Día 2: 50% Pure Goat, 50% fórmula actual
Día 3: 75% Pure Goat, 25% fórmula actual
Día 4: 100% Pure Goat
Después de esta transición, puede que todavía lleve un tiempo para que tu bebé se adapte completamente, así que permite un período total de ajuste de aproximadamente dos semanas.

Sowohl die Verträglichkeit als auch der Geschmack sind super! Kein Vergleich zu der handelsüblichen Baby- und Kleinkindnahrung. Mein Enkelkind hat diese Produkte nicht vertragen, was bei Pure Goat Company von Anfang an geklappt hat. Ich kann diese Babynahrung nur empfehlen. Auch die Lieferung funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Wenn man nicht stillen kann, eine Alternative braucht und dem Kind was Gutes tun möchte, dann ist diese Nahrung das Beste was Sie Ihrem Kind geben können.

Fijn product voor mijn baby tot aan dreumes. Fijn gevoel om dit als mama te kunnen geven aan je kleintje die nog volledig aan het ontwikkelen is onderandere de darmwand etc.
Een bedrijf dat mee denkt en een super klantenservice die oplossingsricht is.

Refund now sorted
I mistakingly ordered another (automatically) set of baby feeds. Our little one did not do particularly well on the first tub. Two came the second time and I then asdked for a refund, immediately. The box has not been opened. I have not heard anything back after 4 weeks and countless emails. I know the email is correct, as I get emails from them every week, from the same email. Left a really bad taste, no pun intended.
**UPDATE** they have recently got in touch and issued a refund in earnest. Many thanks for their quick response. I do think they're a good company and out first child got on great with the organic formula. But this child has experienced reflux issues and is now back on full breast milk. PG Co. Also called me but I missed their call. So when you read this, thanks again and no hard feelings. God bless you guys. Zero malice intended.

Leche de calidad, la hemos comenzado usar cuando mi bebé ha hecho los 9 meses porque otra fórmula no le sentaba bien y queríamos probar con leche de fórmula de cabra.
los envíos llegan entorno a la semana a España. Es lo único que tienes que tener en cuenta.

La mejor leche de fórmula del mercado
Leche orgánica de una calidad excepcional. Sin ingredientes de relleno, orgánica. Olor, sabor y textura deliciosos. Mi bebé estaba estreñido, ni las leches adaptadas ni los laxantes solucionaban el problema. Sin embargo con esta leche, su sistema digestivo funciona de maravilla. Para mí ha sido la salvación y con la seguridad de que le estoy dando lo mejor.

Order in advance as there are no store you can buy in emergency
It took only 3 days for my 3 months baby to adjust with this milk. Before that I struggled with two very famous milk supplements. I just wish I could avoid the first 3 months hassle for my previous baby, who had to struggle with endless pain of gastric and green poop!

Met the Team at the Baby show in London…
Met the Team at the Baby show in London and decided to test out their follow on milk for my previously exclusively breastfed baby. It's been such a smooth transition as he loves this Goat milk, ordered two more Cans and they were delivered faster than some companies based in the UK! No upset tummy, mixes very well and has a gentle scent.

Bedankt voor de voeding mijn zoontje is vredig en heeft veel minder krampjes wij kunnen alle meer slapen en hij huilde vooraf meer en nu alleen als hij honger heeft wij zijn dik tevreden hij groeit goed en soms geven we een fles extra als hij nog honger heeft om dat het licht verteerbaar is dankjewel
