The company responded quickly and explained their work fully.
They solved long standing problems with our boiler and heating systems

We had a new boiler and associated workings fitted plus 4 new radiators and removal of old flue through the roof.
The team were courteous, and knowledgable and took care to explain any changes to the “plan”.
Prompt and tidy we were very pleased we chose them.

Terrific service from the team today - call answered promptly, team in the office were friendly and went out their way to help. Engineer here and problem fixed within 4 hours of call. Could not be happier and would absolutely recommend.

We had new air conditioning installed by Pure Gas in Andover and they did a great job. We had a lounge and bedroom unit installed and now we will cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to their expertise and advice.

Our elderly but reliable internal oil boiler when serviced showed signs of starting to leak. The company doing the service stated they would give us a quote. We heard nothing more even after sending emails, phone messages and text’s. Went online to find oil boiler installers in our area. I found two and sent emails around lunchtime on a Friday. Shortly after I received a call from Simon at Puregas saying that he could pop in to see us on his way home from another job. Simon arrived and we explained that we would like to replace the internal boiler with an external one, and also to replace the ageing single skinned oil tank with a more robust version. Simon talked through what would be required in a very professional manner that inspired confidence that his Company would do a great job.
The quote came via email the next day. It was itemised and the work was estimated to take 5 days with up to three engineers being on site at various times. We thought the quote was fair and accepted it by return.The start date was planned for two weeks time.
On Monday 20th November, Marcus a senior engineer introduced himself and gave an overview of the project and what would happen on each day. The first day would be setting up foundations adhering to current regulations for the new tank and exterior boiler.The second day was for pouring the concrete and looking at new pipe work routing.Day three the new boiler and oil tank arrived, the boiler put in place and pipe work installed. The new oil tank was placed on its concrete apron ready for decanting oil from the old tank, piping up and connection to the boiler the next day. By the end of day on the fourth day, the new system was up and running. On the last day the old boiler and oil tank with fittings were removed and the site cleaned up. We were never without hot water or heating due to the excellent planning and hard work by Marcus and his team. We cannot recommend Puregas highly enough for the service they have provided. We look forward to seeing them again in 12 months when the boiler has its first service. Cheers.

Pure Gas Heating were very responsive to our initial enquiry and provided a comprehensive estimate for the works we required. When we purchased our house, an older building with origins from the 16th century it had ground source hear pumps. After a number of winters (or just cold weather! ) we were fed up of paying eye watering electricity bills for very little heat. As we are very rural and not having gas nearby we opted to install an oil fired heating system. The Pure Gas Heating engineers under the leadership of Simon Hayter carried out the entire works with skill and a very high degree of professionalism. Now we have a heating system where the house gets pleasantly warm within fifteen minutes of being turned on rather than the two days it took to have a modicum of heat previously. We have seen an immediate reduction in the amount of electricity being used. we would have no hesitation in recommending Pure Gas Heating to anyone who wants reliable first class workmanship at a reasonable price.

We had Puregas round to fit a new oil boiler for my gran as her one had died. They did a really good job and left the area of work very clean after finishing.

Pure Gas have completely re-plumbed and installed a new heating system in my house. We are off-grid and the team were great at explaining all the options available to us whilst providing detailed breakdowns. They worked brilliantly alongside our builder and the quality of their workmanship is second to none with nothing being too much trouble. I would recommend Pure Gas if you need any plumbing or heating advice or works doing.

Recently used Pure Gas to supply and fit a new oil boiler and heating system. Fantastic from start to finish.

Pure Gas responded very quickly to my boiler breakdown and were accurate in their diagnosis. The issue came with the follow up; the promise was to provide a quote for repair and a quote for boiler replacement. I received neither quote and my follow up call was met apologetically but still resulted in no action. I suspect PureGas are disorganised and therefore unreliable and I won't be using them for my boiler replacement.

Would not recommend! What started off as 2 people working in my small house during Covid social distancing turned into a circus of 5 oiks running riot around the house, constantly bickering and having total disregard to me, the home owner, not keeping me up to date as to what was going on and ignoring instructions regarding keeping the back gate open so that the dogs were safe. What followed was several hundreds of pounds worth of damage due to leaks, as we'd been ill advised about a suitable type of boiler for our property. We now need to replace one of the bathrooms & re-floor all of the downstairs of the property.
