Overall
Overall, everything was fine, but there was way too much disorganization with the shipment—not sure if it was because the different products were in different locations or for some other reason, but overall everything was a mess. Plus, I received the wrong part even though I ordered a different one and provided detailed information about the piece. Customer service was terrible, although the agent was generally nice and tried to resolve the issue. Everything has been slow and chaotic, so I think I'll think twice before buying new parts. It might be better to keep using Blessed Performance or other specialized vendors.

Maikel, we are sincerely sorry for the frustration, inconvenience, and downtime this order caused you.
The correct part number was ordered, but the item was shipped directly from our supplier, and the box labeled with the correct part number contained a different timing cover. Although the packaging error occurred at the supplier, we understand that you placed the order with Pure Diesel Power and that it was our responsibility to help resolve the situation.
We worked with the supplier and searched other available sources for the correct cover, but unfortunately we were unable to locate one that could be supplied. We provided a prepaid return label and also offered to arrange a UPS pickup at your location to make the return as easy as possible. Once the complete kit is returned, we will issue a full credit.
We appreciate your acknowledgment that our representative was courteous and attempted to resolve the problem. We regret that the process was slower and more frustrating than it should have been, and we are sorry we were unable to provide the exact part you needed.
I wish I could review the turbo system
I wish I could review the turbo system, but we found out that the emission control law for Colorado is the same as California so I couldn’t have the turbo system I wanted shipped here. I did however get the upgraded cooler line for a turbo system. I bought through another company. Pure diesel customer service is outstanding and very helpful. when I get back to a free state I will definitely consider another system or at the very least. Tell everyone about this one.

Helpful and Accommodating
Had some issues with shipping transmission fluid. Package was lost in the mail by the carrier. Reached out to Pure Diesel Power and they were extremely helpful and sent out a fresh shipment immediately. Arrived in only a few days.

Hi John, we’re sorry to see this review, especially since we have been actively trying to determine what caused the intercooler boot issue.
When you called before placing the order, our sales team reviewed and confirmed that the items included in your order were compatible with your truck. After you later contacted us about the intercooler boots, we responded the same day and contacted the manufacturer for additional fitment guidance.
Based on the photos provided, the manufacturer believes the boots and intercooler piping previously installed on the truck may be aftermarket rather than the original factory components. We requested additional pictures of the intercooler piping and both boots so we could continue investigating, but we have not yet received them.
We also called twice today to follow up, but unfortunately we were unable to reach you or leave a voicemail. Please send the requested photos or contact us directly so we can continue working toward a resolution. If you are experiencing any other issues with the order, please let us know. We are more than willing to help investigate and resolve any concerns you may have.

Every time I have called them; from questions before the original purchase, to possible issues a year later (that turned out to be an overheating abs module, not the transmission at all) - outstanding customer service and products. From the shipping & core return team to the mechanics on call. Love this company.

I purchased a pack of the muffler…
I purchased a pack of the muffler packing, it said it was enough to rewrap two Harley mufflers. It seems to be nice packing, but there wasn't enough to do two. Maybe one.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the Thermal Zero ceramic packing material, though we’re sorry the amount wasn’t enough for your particular mufflers.
Our product description specifies that the kit contains 2 square feet of material, measuring 1/2" x 12" x 24", and that this amount will **typically** repack two motorcycle mufflers or one automotive muffler. The exact amount needed can vary depending on the size, internal design, and how densely the mufflers are packed.
We do our best to provide the exact dimensions and quantity included so customers can determine whether one kit will be sufficient for their particular application. We appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue reviewing our product descriptions.

The transmission lines were very good…
The transmission lines were very good quality and had the right inside diameter for my truck which after having the transmission rebuilt is very important to me and these are a great replacement over stock lines which are stupidly expensive for something that will rot out again they where shipped fast and directions for installation where available online will definitely buy from them again the only thing I wish was better communication but to be fair it was 2 days before the 4th of July so the staff was most likely on vacation all ready but when Monday came I had received my shipping tracking twice great product good company

Trying to return a part
Trying to return a part, seems whom ever is responding to the emails is just trying to be difficult. I’m not sure how many ways I have to explain that a part I ordered does not fit and I replaced that part with a stock part off another motor… soooo I assume that you have sent the wrong part. Whether I ordered the wrong part or you sent the wrong part it doesn’t fit and it needs returns!

Kaylee, we’re sorry for the frustration here. After reviewing this further, the initial denial should not have been the final answer, and we have addressed that internally with our returns department.
That is also why I personally called you after seeing your concern, so we could better understand what happened and try to get to the bottom of the fitment issue. If the part is defective, damaged, incorrect, or there is another product-related issue, we can absolutely work with the manufacturer to try to get this resolved.
To move forward, we still need the information and photos that were requested. Specifically, we need clear photos of the harmonic balancer itself, including any part numbers, labels, markings, damaged areas, and photos showing the exact area where it would not fit. The manufacturer needs this information to determine whether this is a fitment issue, shipping damage, an incorrect part, or a possible defect.
Our most recent correspondence on June 15th again requested these photos and details, but we have not received a response yet. We are not trying to make the process difficult. We are trying to gather the information required so the manufacturer can review the issue properly and advise us on the next step.
Please send the requested photos and fitment details as soon as possible so we can continue working toward getting this situation resolved.
