Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. I’ve lost a £25 prepaid visa because I have to register 2 separate accounts and have no idea of log in details for the 2nd one. Have never had to this before but now Mistplay has changed the platform it uses it’s getting harder to claim my winnings. I’ve always been able to add them to the same account before but Purecard don’t seem to be able to do this for some unknown reason

You're out of luck if you have an Apple product
Great card in the fact you can use it online but annoying that you can't use your Apple wallet only Gpay. So if you have Android then great news but not so much if you have an iPhone.

The card was issued promptly
The card was issued promptly, but could only be used online and had limitations regarding split payments.
In the end I decided to use the card to purchase a sainsburys gift card. I then used the gift card together with my nectar card and sainsburys wine offer to purchase 21 bottles of wine ...happy days.

This card does work in the same way as a bank card and a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions.

I don't like that I can't add it to my…
I don't like that I can't add it to my Google wallet and it's a pain trying to find out how much is left on it. Plus it's hardly accepted anywhere. Declined several times. Never again.

To check your balance, you need to log in to your Pure Card account that you created when you first registered your card and select the 'My Card' option.

Let's make spending on it as hard as possible?
Got as part of a broadband offer. A £120 gift card from BT that can only be used online or via telephone purchases. The site the link takes you to to register the card is flagged by Google as insecure and when I finished setting up the card it has me as Mrs. Not Mr. Going to try to use it for an Amazon purchase for something I don't really need or want, but after the hoops I've had to jump through I'm expecting it to be declined. Would it be truly impossible to add the card to a Google or Apple wallet and spend on necessities in a supermarket or in a high street shop? Yep, you guessed it. Not possible.

Won't accept logging in and declining payments
At first it was fine and I managed to buy an item but still had plenty of money left on my card. Now its not accepting my logging details a declined a payment I was making online, even though I had more than enough left on the card for it

Pure Card is a virtual/digital card loaded with funds to spend and can be used online like any other Mastercard. You can see our partner list and T's & C's when logged into the account you created when activating the card, so hopefully there will be another retailer you can find some goodies.

What a faff!

Could be improved
It was easy to register the thing that is a big downfall is trying to create accounts for each card that you obtain instead of being able to log into one account and adding a new code for a new card . Would be easier if they could all be under one account as i claim mastercard from mistplay for example
