My dog has high anxiety and this bed has been a god sent she loves the bed and is much more relaxed!!

Love the bef and delivery was fast and seemless.

When we first ordered a dog bed from you ages ago you had some delivery problems but customer services were so helpful and WHEN the dog bed finally arrived it was superb. We have ordered several more items from you and now despatch much quicker and much admired by our two labs.

My dog loves the bed, and my families Dogs love the bed as well!! It was very easy to order and we received them in a timely matter.

I loved the bed and it looks really good quality the only issue I have is that the foam sides that you Insert in to the bed were two different thickness

Might take a little longer to get to Australia but the Quality is worth it and they had free shipping

Absolutely awful company to work with. My purchase was not expensive enough to deal with the inconvenience cause by then using a third party dispatcher to send my package. If you would like to see my email communication between myself and this company I am happy to share. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Avoid, it is a scam and they are obviously a cheap replica. Also the same products are sold as other companies but they are more expensive. My fault for not checking first!

Absolutely awful customer service. I have emails to prove it if anyone doubts me. The anti bark collar did not work. My dog ended up with his veins sticking up out of his nose and blood shot eyes. I told them what happened and that I would like a refund. They refused and said I could only have credit to spend on their products. Their website lies, although they may have changed it now because I repeated what their website said about 100% money back guaranteed. After a lot of 'no's' from them and adding 50% credit on top of my original money, I still said I wanted my money. After two weeks quoting the law about refunds, I finally got it.

I ordered a calming bed for the arrival of a puppy. I had bought 4 calming beds for my other dogs via Bella & Toby, now called Natures Calm, but though I would try another company. Saw this company claimed to be in Leeds. The bed did not arrive in time, in fact it has still not been despatched. I get random replies to my emails, from someone who clearly isn’t in this country and is not understanding that I have now requested three times that I have purchased elsewhere and no longer want the bed. Not forthcoming and the bed I ordered 3 days ago from Bella & Toby has arrived!. I should have stuck with the company I know I could trust. I would not use Pups Dream again and believe it is a huge scam. Avoid at all costs.
The bed has now arrived. It is ok. I have decided to keep it as a spare. I don’t have the time or energy to battle on for a refund and have to return. I certainly won’t use company again and can highly recommend Natures Calm instead.

Awful company. Don’t respond to orders or ship order that are paid for! Read the views in instagram/facebook everyone say the same

I had a great experience, ordered wrong size and been offered a replacement just had to pay the difference. Quality is great of dog’s jacket too. Highly recommended

Ordered the ultrasonic dog barking device. This is the same device sold on Amazon for half the price, and the one from pupsdream doesn't work. Total scam, avoid!

I ordered the calming dog bed which i ordered the correct size for my dog, didn't fit in it, so asked for a refund which i got a response no need for a refund just buy a bigger bed!! No i would like a refund it's not fit for purpose. I have emailed 4/5 times no reply. Stay clear from this Company

I read the reviews of the calming dog bed on here AFTER I ordered here and saw how some said it was a scam ! I had been scammed buying on Facebook before so thought here I go again! But no, I ordered on the 19th Jan , received dispatch messages along with delivery notifications from Royal Mail and it’s arrived this morning. It’s as ordered and my chocolate lab has now settled in nicely thank you ! The bed definitely is better quality than her last donut bed, more filling and with a removable cover. Recommend this bed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
They say they are UK based (Leeds), THEY ARE NOT!!!
4 WEEKS STILL WAITING FOR A DELIVERY. Then told it'll be delivered by 1st Feb by Yun Express. That is NOT UK based. They need to be reported for false advertising!

I bought an anti-barking device with good reviews. The product was either faulty or not fit for purpose as made no difference when my dog barked. I contacted the company to advise that all lights were showing as advised when the dog barked but it not induce any response.
Their reply was quick and courteous but it was very difficult to get a refund. I would not recommend this company or shop with them again, sadly.
