We’re really sorry about this. We’ve already been in touch with you directly to explain in full, but I want to leave clarity here too for anyone reading.
Your order unfortunately fell into a batch of parcels Royal Mail failed to deliver on 13–14 August. The most difficult part of this issue has been that we’ve had no visibility on which individual parcels were affected until customers reached out to us, which we know is incredibly frustrating.
To put this right, we’ve now processed a full refund, sent a replacement tub straight away, and added £10 store credit to your account as an apology.
We can only apologise again for the disruption this has caused, and we’re grateful for your patience and understanding as we’ve worked through the fallout of Royal Mail’s failed deliveries.

Great products. Our rescue dog came with anxiety and itchy skin and month or so on Pupps itchy skin and calming treats has sorted it completely.

What a difference
These calming treats have made a notable difference to my dog. Stick with them as I noticed the change measurably between weeks 6&8. I bought on subscribe and save for three months and made a good saving doing so. They arrive when they say they will and are well packaged. I would definitely recommend these. Although there are cheaper products on the market, these actually work!

Great service provided
Bought the calming treats for our nervous rescue. Unfortunately they didn’t have the desired effect and we decided not to purchase anymore. The customer service we received regarding the refund was extremely good. A great company with good morals. Would be happy to purchase from here again with the experience we had with their service, just unfortunate the treats didn’t help our pup.
