Having just Put my Boy up for Stud, and getting a email confirmation to advise it was approved and live, I had a question to ask for future and the response in return was super quick, super easy and helpful thank to the team would highly recommend 5 star

My wife used this to purchase a puppy to surprise my kids such a upsetting thing to happen to you when you have such high hopes and excitement to get scammed and no pup, horrible avoid at all costs don’t get sucked in to a seller asking to send over money directly, be vigilant and carful, as they may be very convincing by sending pictures, make sure it’s legit and have good contact with the seller. Ask to visit the pup before making any deposits if possible, if it sounds too good to be true then it is!!!

I tried to place an ad to rehome 2 beautiful dogs that need to stay together. 3 days later my advert was still pending so I contacted them via the contact us option early this morning. After zero reply I checked the status of my advert to see if its gone live & its now disappeared? I contacted them again this time via email & again zero response? I've kept dogs & many other pets for over 50 years. I am an extremely knowledgeable & responsible dog owner & yet this site couldn't even contact me before removing my ad to tell me if there's anything wrong with it & again they can't even reply to tell me why it's not gone live & now suddenly disappeared with no explanation. When I think of all the irresponsible sellers & scams I see everywhere these days its hard to believe a responsible genuine pet owner is unable to place a genuine ad to rehome 2 small family dogs. The fact nobody has once contacted me I think is just rude & appalling to be honest. I don't think I will waste my time ever bothering with this site again after zero response. Don't know who this Jack person is but he hasn't responded once or given me any explanation. I've just wasted over 3 days waiting & checking for my advert to go live. What a useless waste of time this site is...UPDATE..I've since managed to get in touch with this Jack who says he runs this site on his own. It seems this site only caters for greedy breeders selling overpriced pups purely for profit but don't cater for genuine knowledgeable experienced not for profit pet owners needing to rehome their healthy pet through no fault of their own. Shame really since there's so many people needing to rehome pets & equally many wanting to give a loving home to one but don't always want a puppy. Sadly this isn't a site I wish to be on anyway knowing this so have since deleted my account.UPDATE AGAIN. JUST GOT A DELAYED RESPONSE WEEKS LATER FROM JACK ON HERE BUT NOT DIRECTLY TO ME. This response is not an honest one now is it Jack. You asked me only if I was the original breeder of which I replied no bit they are mum & daughter. I could have certainly verified with all documentation that I was the owner & the genuine very sensitive reason for needing to rehome them but I was never asked this whatsoever. I do however remember you asked me not to leave you a negative review knowing full well that I already had which is probably the only reason you finally replied. This is what my email read in your exact words after I left a review..Quote "Your ad was rejected due to being an adult pet. Unfortunately if they are adult dogs which you did not breed yourself that is not something we accept" you then suggested a rehoming charity then said quote" I hope I don't see you pop up on my trust pilot reviews"(which I had already) there was no questions nor was I ever asked to verify anything whatsoever so your comments on here are completely untrue. I still have your email & would be happy to verify this with trustpilot.
The fact you take so long to respond.. weeks?months? to even respond says a lot about you & indeed you only do that when a review has been posted on here then even lied to make me look bad or pretty dodgy & yourself look good. Quite unprofessional in my opinion & extremely
dishonest & insulting. You did not know the genuine need for rehoming because you never replied then never once asked at all so you just completely lied on here. I posted in May, you respond in July?I'm very pleased to say though they both successfully got rehomed together & went to a lovely home via a very reputable accepting site & we've kept in touch & both settling in extremely well so you probably did me a favour by not responding. Good communication & honesty is a priority to me as far as any animal is concerned & my personal experience with you showed me neither. Jack, you certainly did not ask me anything other than if I was the breeder but that's ok because all ended well for these beautiful top pedigree little girls. They were mum & daughter & I posted them as mum & daughter. Their owner/breeder (my relative)had recently died & I had all the documentation you could need had you indeed ever asked me so not quite what happened is it Jack? Perhaps if you responded quicker & not weeks months later your version of events might be more accurate. You made it quite clear in your email you are in fact a breeders website only which perhaps you should make clear on your website. I just think it's such a shame your site can't help more genuine people & dogs given how many beautiful dogs currently need rehoming since lockdown & the cost of living has dramatically changed so many peoples circumstances through no fault of their own. Had a few technical issues that a nice helpful fella called jack helped me fix. I had problems uploading images and jack went above and beyond for me uploading them himself!! what a gent thanks mate 5* Customer Service!!

First time using this site, had a question & Jack who replied & has supported me throughout couldn't have been more helpful.
They give breeders star rating in relation to health testing & reputable, ethical breeding which I am sure anyone looking for a puppy will find helpful.

All in all have found puppies.co.uk a very reliable & in my view a safe way to advertise puppies, having someone like Jack at hand who obviously cares is invaluable unlike some other sites!!

Whilst I don't advertise often I wouldn't hesitate in using puppies.co.uk again, easy site to use & to upload photo's.
