Disgraceful company!!! I did not sign up for a recurring shipments of their protein powder, but they sent it to me anyway, and refuse to refund my $$. I did buy one package of vanilla protein powder and the package burst and spilled all over my kitchen! The powder tasted revolting, so I never planned on reordering. Terrible customer service. Don’t WASTE your money.
They refused to honor the deal in their email they sent saying a shaker comes with first order. They say if u don't add it yourself u don't get it lol it's false advertising especially after they tell u it cost another $8 to ship back after you already spent $60 on a bag of protein that tastes like tap water. Afterwards they tell u can't refund if you'd tried the product. Then u have to click a cancel button like 10 times to cancel the damn thing! Many other consumers also complained abt how they sent them expired product that made them feel sick. See for yourself on Amazon.

J'ai commandé en décembre et j'ai relancé par mail sur l'adresse électronique du support. Je n'ai aucune réponse, par contre toujours pas de colis et la commande (à l'état non traitée) a été encaissée immédiatement.
31/01/2020: modification de l'avis.J'ai reçu cette semaine un mail du support relatant de nombreuses requêtes de clients suite à un dysfonctionnement de la plateforme de commande. Comme il s'agissait de ma première commande, je ne peux avoir de certitudes sur la qualité du service, donc je remonte l'évaluation à 3 étoiles. Cependant, je tiens à préciser que les produits sont d'excellente qualité, comme en témoignent des tests en laboratoire indépendant.
