Sounds great but is a terrible experience!
As instructed, we arrived 30 mins before the time slot to give us time at the Peep bar, but instead we were queuing up outside and weren’t allowed in for 15 mins after our booked slot (we were waiting outside for 45 mins). We then got in and went to go to the toilet, thinking we still had a bit of time before the experience started but because of further queuing for the toilet, by the time we got out we had to rush through to make the last group for our time slot which was about 30 minutes after the start of the performances. Here we were crammed into a small room and escorted through like cattle. When we finally got into the main room of the experience, we had no idea what was going on. Then all of a sudden a wave of white masks came rushing past us, knocking into us, just to get a glimpse of an actor. Trying to work out what to do we followed the crowd of people to vaguely see an act through the backs of peoples heads, before being bumped into by people rushing off again. This continued for an hour until we realised we had no idea what any of the story lines were, we were just hot, tired and nervous of being stampeded… So we left.
Maybe it was a busy time and there is nothing you can do about the weather but overall, it was not immersive, there were way too many people in there - to the point it was a health and safety hazard, and just not the experience we wished it could have been (especially for £75 a ticket). Not to mention, we did not even get into the experience until about 8pm - 30 mins after the performances had started.
