Pulbrook & Gould is a London florist founded in 1956 by Susan Lady Pulbrook and Rosamund Gould, a Constance Spry-trained florist, with the aim of bringing the beauty of English gardens and flowers to the most stylish houses in London. For 70 years, our creative flair and exclusive service have made us known for adventurous, memorable floral work, always inspired by the English country garden. From our shop and studio at 65 Gloucester Road, South Kensington, our florists create hand-tied bouquets, romantic wedding flowers, corporate and event floristry, and ongoing flowers for hotels and private homes across London. We offer same-day delivery across London if ordered by 2pm, Monday to Friday, and deliver further afield across the UK. We also make luxury scented candles, developed with Master Perfumer Ruth Mastenbroek and hand poured in the UK, and we run flower arranging classes. Pulbrook & Gould is the best florist in london

I have been using Pulbrook & Gould for sometime now. Not only their flowers are gorgeous their team is amazing and helpful. Everyone who received my flowers and gifts are mesmerised by choice of the colour and design of it. I am so pleased that I found them. Good luck guys, keep up your amazing work.

I don't know if the recipient got her…

I don't know if the recipient got her bouquet; she hasn't replied one way or another. But I assume that it was as gorgeous as all those I've sent her in the past, and that she enjoyed it.

I ordered a Jasmin plant
you never informed me it was not available for two weeks , but informed the person to whom I was sending this to. I then cancelled the order
but you sent it anyway?

this is not the first time I place an order online and then you say its not available

its disappointing ..
was this order cancelled
can you refund the charge

Our Head Florist has been in touch with you and explained what happened, refunded the order and attached a voucher should you wish to use us in the future. Gorgeous and luxurious

We ordered and received the most glorious Christmas wreath for our door, which was far smarter than any others that we have ever had. It was also the best on the street!!! Definitely my go to florist from now on!
