No parking anywhere near the building
No parking anywhere near the building. Puget Sound Moving Inc's truck had to stay two blocks away. They just kept walking back and forth with boxes for an hour. Didn't raise the price or anything.

Booked Puget Sound Moving Inc for 8 am
Booked Puget Sound Moving Inc for 8 am, they rolled in at 7:55 already caffeinated and joking around. Finished loading in three hours, drove two hours, and still had energy to ask where we wanted the toilet paper. Unreal work ethic.

Asked if Puget Sound Moving Inc could take my old treadmill. Said yes. Then i said "it's in the basement". They said "Okay". Then i said "the basement stairs are narrow". They said "Okay". Then i followed them down to watch. They were right. It was okay.

There was an old wooden dresser that i was genuinely scares to move - been in the family a while, kind of wobbly. The Movers Company in Fremont felt it straight away, went slower with it, used more padding. Didn't treat it like just another piece of furniture.

The new building required elevator walls to be padded before any move. I had no idea, found out that morning. The movers company in Fremont had brought their own blankets and had it sorted before i'd finished reading the building's email.
