I loved that they gave me a very detailed list of documents I needed for the transportation of my vehicle. The price was great and the delivery by Gregory was stellar. He communicated so well and was so nice.

Puerto Rico Car Transport has been very professional, Hacienda is the one who makes everything more complicated then it should. I got the notification from PCT to get my documents on the 17th Wednesday, went and made the payment online, but hacienda only has ACH payment which takes up to 5 business days and is Saturday still haven’t been able to pick up my truck. According to them it can take until Monday or Wednesday from next week. Wish there were any other way to make this faster. I understand this is not PCT fault.

Good follow up and a very organized process. It could be improve just by informing the customer, since early in the process, since the beginning, what company names (Puerto Rico Car Transport and Crowley PR Services) must be included in the affidavit.

Since the moment I started working with the transfer of our car from PR to JAX, FL the communication with PRCT was always in a professional manner…PRCT stayed in contact with me through the entire process…all my requirements to be able to transfer the vehicle was very explicit…easy to follow…the day I turn in the vehicle quick and easy…giving us a peace mind knowing that PRCT is a profesional team…during the transition I received information of all the things that were happening until the vehicle reached its destination…when we received the vehicle in JAX, FL it was quick and easy…I didn’t experience any hardship during the entire process…thanks to the team of professionals at PRCT…
