I contracted Puddle Pools for leak detection. The first thing the tech said is that the owner is incompetent that should have been my first red flag. He checked for leak, left without letting me know and left the spa on and a bunch of plugs on the jets.

I contacted him via text and he told me he’d be back in the afternoon. I explained I don’t know how to work the pool. After six hours, I reached out again and I got no response. Contacted the owner via email and she responded the next day telling me she’d got back to me. It’s been a week and still no response.

Do not use Puddle Pools out of Pittsburgh. Worst customer service. I've reached out to them since April 23rd. Never been contacted by this company. Got a text saying I was on the schedule for May12th, I would be getting a call for a time frame. Today I have reached out four times to get a time window. Still no call back.
I would say this office needs to go back to customer training. 19 days of waiting on a phone call, out of them days I get a set date through a text message. Still no time window.

Oh yes, and as a subcontractor you will not get paid for your experience, expertise and work!
