Complete waste of time!
I contacted the medical negligence solicitor in this company in May of this year and was really positive that I had found someone who was able to assist me. I went out of my way to send all the relevant paperwork and attachments in date order, of which there were quite a few.
However it got to October, (6 months later) and I still had not had a response. When I contacted him, he came up with some feeble excuse as to why he had not been in touch. I am so disappointed that he felt that it was ok just to ignore me, especially as this case is of importance to me. I would have had more respect for him if he was honest with me if he was unable to take my case on, rather than me now being in the situation where it is difficult to continue with someone else because the time has lapsed, as there is a time limit on when you can pursue a negligence case.
It was a complete waste of my time and emotion and I will never contact Psplaw again, especially if it is to do with medical negligence!
