Selection is great, ordering is easy, and no issues with the product received. The only concern I have is that both times I ordered, the packaging quality was not great. A bubble wrap bag does not protect the items from exposure to high temperatures or from being damaged. Packages on both orders were received literally as a hot plastic bag, and the products inside the boxes looked to have been squished (also, a nasal spray cap was off). Products were not damaged from the rough delivery, but I have no clue if the integrity of the products were impacted due to the extreme heat exposure.

Great experience so far and i am buying reta and glow. Customer service is responsive and caring with customer satisfaction in mind. Prices are amazing and the mini pink ducks that come with the packages are what my wife looks forward to everytime i order.

So far I got no complaints in the package arrived perfectly and presentation was really well done and I got nothing bad to say yet. It's only been 5 days on the first dose of glp3. So we'll see how it goes in the weeks to come. Overall I'm very impressed still.

My Bac water cap came all the way off when I opened it. Sent them a pic of what happened. Was told not to use it because it’s not sterile anymore! When I told them I had already mixed my vials, was then told “technically it should be fine”??? So what is it??? I think they should send me 2 new peptide vials but don’t want to and then tell me it’s fine! Have not heard back from them when I asked if I should not use the vials? Not a fan of their customer service!

Update they are sending me new vials and new bac water, not sure if it was my review or if it was just a slow response but I’m changing my review from a 1 star to a better review!
