I Daniela. Thank you for the feedback provided. As we pack the product into vacuum-sealed bags the colour on arrival may not be the bright red you would normally see in our shop shelf. This is due to all the air and specifically oxygen being removed. The quality is not affected and after being removed from the sealed bags most products will become red again after exposure to normal air.
I'm quite sure how to respond to your comment on Oxtail looking like cow as it is all beef. If this was due to a size expectation please feel free to contact us on 02 9525 5281 so we can discuss and provide any remedy required.

Service excellent the delivery man was very nice happy polite the way it was packaged. A the rabbits were very tender . I bought them for my father as a gift he is Maltese so he has grown up on rabbits . He told me he hasn’t had one this nice since he was young boy . He couldn’t believe he even got the liver with it . Thank you for such a lovely review. I was your delivery driver that day and it is always nice to have such positive feedback. Great to hear that your father loved the rabbit. It was our farmed rabbit which is more tender and mild vs our Wild Rabbit. I did not know it included the liver and will check with our supplier if this is a regular thing and update our website. I'm thrilled he enjoyed it.

My delivery was ontime as communicated by pryde butchery. There was a slight misunderstanding with what I ordered which was corrected immediately and delivered promptly. The service was great and I can highly recommend there meats supplied.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Easy to deal with. I needed minced duck and minced rabbit. Pryde defrosted the frozen rabbits and ducks, deboned them and minced them and then delivered them. Fantastic.
