This is my second year of using the company and I have not needed to call upon them to help. I have no real time experience to be honest so to complete a survey accurately would not be possible sadly. I am confident though that should I have a problem they would help in a professional, speedy and friendly manner.

An uneventful event as has been the case for the past 26 years from an insurance pointy of veiw.

I have just discovered Protectivity Insurance through a Google search for Dance Teacher insurance.

The process was incredibly swift and easy to understand and the options to tailor the policy to individual preferences were great!

The Pet Sitters Insurance was pretty straightforward to set up, however, how some of the additional products could be useful in addition to the main cover was not fully clear.

Policy was easy to set up on line, few variables available but would have been good to be able to increase the excess and lower the cost, not had to contact them so can't report on their customer service or indeed payout response but so far happy with the Policy to cover my new dog walking venture. Few chases to post a review.. bit annoying to be honest
