Terrible service made life very difficult in a clear constructive dismissal situation.
Gave wrong advice which led to time laps and missed window for claim.
Worked for the company not the union members.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. They take ages to answer one's query or provide any help.
Membership team is just the same, I have cancelled my membership before mid month but this team is so slow that only read it after and now they are charging me whole month because I cancelled after mid month. It's just ridiculous. Don't spend your money on this union, terrible service

I had a fully reported accident at…
I had a fully reported accident at work, lost the full use of my left hand. Needed an operation to recover some use. Had to have 12 weeks recovery off work. This union could not negotiate a penny of help from my employers.Had to draw down my pension to stay in house and home.
Spend your money on good insurance Is my advice. Stopped my direct debit of £20 a month.

Clearly just a money grab
Clearly just a money grab. They have no intention in helping you with anything, they just want to make sure you are paying them every month. And in the end I had to cancel as it was just a big joke in the end… and then the cherry on the icing is when they refuse to give a refund for a service they don’t even provide.. If you’re reading this deciding who to pick for your self and to protect your self , these are not the people you are looking for. They only want your money. They have no intention in helping you or guiding you. Not only that but I canceled and they didn’t allows me to cancel so I had to do with with my bank in the end .

Absolutely shocking untrained staff…
Absolutely shocking untrained staff emails not answered. No representation poor communications skills.
Basically this union cost me my job as they failed to protect me from discrimation and workplace bullying. When i complained and asked for a refund for my membership payments. They did not even have the decency to reply to my emails and said they had failed to start the complaints proceedure.
Keep well away.
