After I placed my order
After I placed my order, I had an issue with the costing of one of the products where I was given a higher price than I had originally been told so had to cancel this item.
Then, my delivery was supposed to go to a site in Burton-on-Trent and was delivered to our yard in Glasgow costing the customer a day's work. .

Apologies for the issues you experienced with us. The costings point was an issue with how the Keyline branches are shown a price for that specific product (this is being addressed with the Keyline HO).
The delivery issue was rectified as soon as we knew about it and the goods were delivered again to your customer the following day.
