Quick and efficient
Due to my own error the first appointment for shredding was aborted. The company followed up to reschedule and with no problems arrived at my office and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Great experience. On time. The staffer was helpful. It went quickly and clearnly.
The actual service of shredding our documents was great. Our problems were more "back of house" with scheduling. We received an email from the sales person about a date. But on the original date scheduled for service no one came. We called to find out why and were told by the scheduler they didn't have us listed. We wasted days getting things together and waiting for an event that never happened. It was quite frustrating.

Wonderful service
Company was very responsive. The staff person who provided the on-site service was wonderful! Very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely use Proshred again.
