Quick response time! Very good price! The shredding service person called on the date and offered to come a little early if it was convenient, and it was. He came, collected our 2-bin allotment and returned our empty boxes. He was friendly, courteous and professional! And we received our Certificate of Destruction in short order. Thank you ProShred!

Very poor communication within the…
Very poor communication within the office regarding the time of the truck arriving. When trying to reach the office, three times on hold, "portal number 2". Requested a call back, never got. Finally reached someone at 3:48 and could not get an answer, said would call back. No call back. Truck came at 8:00 am.
Driver was great, felt bad about complaining to him. Certainly was not his fault.

Confusion/disappointment
Based on past experience with pick up of materials, both paper & dental xrays at the same time, I was under the impression that the pick up of both would be the same this time. However, the pick-up people were hesitant & informed me that a different pick up arrangement & fee is required for xrays. Assumed but disappointed, not the same as last time.

The ProShred representative was very professional, efficient and courteous. He explained the service very well. I was able to witness the shredding of all documents. It was a quick service. He came within the time slot assigned. It was easy to set the appointment up.
