Darien was great, efficient, and kind.

From my first email to the actual pickup, ProShred was professional, but also kind and understanding of my situation. I inherited my mother's house, and it came with a lot of old paperwork. Their pricing was very competitive, and the technician was fast, friendly, and supportive! I have already recommended their residential services to others.

You showed up at the appointed time, your representative was efficient and courteous, and your charges were reasonable.

They were professional and on time! It was great to have them shred in front of me.

When I scheduled with the customer support person, I requested a phone call or text to alert me when the driver was on the way to my office. Well that didn't happen so the driver left. I called ProShred office to let them know the situation and was told that the driver went to his next stop but would come back that day.
Well that didn't happen either. So my experience with ProShred was really bad. I would NOT recommend using them.

The best part is actually speaking to a semi-local person. The individual that provided the service was also extremely professional and courteous.

We have been working with Proshred for many years and they have always and continue to do a fantastic job for us. We have regular pickups monthly and sometimes schedule large volume shredding. Whatever the service, we can count on Proshred to help us!
