სერვერები მუშაობს ძალიან სწრაფად და იდეალურად. არის ტექნიკური მხარდაჭერის ების დრო შედარებით დაბალი მაგრამ ეს პირადად ჩემტვის არ წარმოადგენს პრობლემას რადგან თითქმის ყველაფერი ავტომატიზებულია.

Paid service not being provided, support requests are ignored

Awfull, dead support
"Great service".
Money was charged from credit card but not credited to an account and order is marked as canceled. The support has been silent for 3 days now. I created a ticket (Ticket number 391362) from my personal account and also sent a letter to support email. No response at all.

Support is nonexistent
Support is nonexistent.
Says 24/7 support and they take 3-4 days to just respond to simple messages.
They have phone number in contact details but its been disabled for years now.
