I have used prosafe a few times in the last few weeks and found the service second to none as well as good quality and price thank you.

i was not happy about delivery as it took aweek to process my order then 5 days to arrive ,,,,,All orders are sent out with Royal Mail, Fedex or Express Freight Parcel service. All of these services are normally a 48 hour service.

Most of our products are held in our warehouse, processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not dispatch at weekends but make sure any orders placed over the weekend are processed first thing on Monday morning.

For any goods not carried in stock please expect a couple of extra days for delivery. We promise, it will be worth the wait!

Very poor at letting you know when your package will be delivered and products not exactly what I expected.

Product arrived quickly and is good quality. Very happy.

The quality of clothing is absolutely poor, I purchased the waterproof pants and jacket, the pants have no give and ripped on the first day in multiple places, I sent in photos to them and they didn’t reply, the jacket zip broke instantly also, I bought a coat aswell, ever single zip is broke and does not close properly, some pull up still but the zip splits open on every one so anything in my pockets are not protected, the main zip to the coat after the second day gets jammed and takes a lot of manipulating to pull it up, I give this coat maybe 1 more week, a couple more days If the weather is bad, considering these items are for waterproof and hi vis they are supposed to be used for workers, I suggest if you are in a trade other than standing around watching over other people then do not get any of these products, they also price on their website without tax and by the time you put your details in and pay it then states the new price with tax added a lot more money on top.
Terrible service and terrible clothing.

Complete Joke.
Order is now over 6 weeks old and still has not even been shipped.
Contacted customer service countless times to finally be told they had trouble with the supplier and they were expecting a large stock delivery with us around the 9th of November and it would be shipped on a 24hr service as soon as they have it.
its now 19th and no word and no response from customer service

Do not recommend at all! Absolutely dreadful .. will never use this place again. Ordered work trousers for my husband 2nd November, still waiting for dispatch notification on the 12th. I've ordered other items from various websites since placing this order, & everything else arrived in a matter of days, so really don't know what their problem is. I've bought trousers elsewhere now, so going through PayPal for a refund. Appalling!

Shocking. Been waiting 2 week for my order that still has not been delivered. Haven't received any information about delivery or shipment, nor have I received any information wether the product I ordered was even in stock, but yet on the website it still allows me to make an order and purchase. Huge lack in communication.

Wouldn’t recommend

Good communication from Prosafe re order
and delivery. As for the boots, well, they are
supremely comfortable, very light and fitted like a glove from the off. I searched high and low for dealer boots with a Vibram sole
and if the sole proves to be durable I shall very happy indeed. A high quality boot made in Italy and with a good price.

Sent wrong item sent wrong returns info! Then stopped communicating! Poor poor poor! Won’t use again!
