I passed the 2-Step challenge for a…
I passed the 2-Step challenge for a $200K account with OANDA Prop, but after passing, my account was denied due to unspecified internal risk control reasons. No clear explanation or evidence was provided about what rule I allegedly violated.
This experience was extremely disappointing. I invested significant time, effort, and money to complete the challenge in good faith, following the stated rules. Being refused an account after successfully passing — without transparent communication — seriously undermines trust in the program.
I hope OANDA Prop can improve transparency and provide clearer feedback to traders in similar situations.

If your request is related to the recent update for residents of Vietnam, please keep in mind that we are working through these settlements as quickly as possible. As per our official announcement, refunds and payouts are being processed within a 20-business-day window.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the decision to cease services in Vietnam is disappointing, and we sincerely regret the frustration this has caused.
To ensure we meet the highest standards of operational excellence, we periodically review our service regions. While this was a difficult business decision, we are committed to a transition that is as fair as possible:
For Active Challenges: We are terminating these accounts and refunding the Challenge fee to the original payment method.
For Signal Providers: We are honoring all qualified profit shares earned up to the notice date. Additionally, we are refunding the Challenge fee once the profit payout is complete.
We believe that returning initial fees while honoring earned profits is the most responsible way to handle this strategic shift.
If you have questions about your specific settlement or haven't seen your refund within the 20-business-day window, please contact us at support-proptrader@oanda.com.

Scam
Wow, I passed to get live account, was having profit but then Oanda just banned the whole country. They said they will refund and do the profit split but then here comes 40% consistency rules. My live account was only 2 days of trading and 1.3% profit.
In short, to get 40% consistency rules, you need minimum of 3 days of trading. Now with that rules, they just denied to split the profit...
Do you guys think that is proper?
