The team communication skills is exceptional, I needed a bridge loan and that did not take long, despite the fact that the vendor becomes unstable but Abbie and Nicole ever give up or fade up with it, always there to help and am very grateful to have the support that I need.
I will definitely recommend Propp to anyone who needed

James was superb through out the process. Both proactive and a can do attitude. I started off my remortgage process with a different company, so I have a good point of reference with regard what a great service PROPP provide, vs some of their competitors. Jordan at the completion stage was very helpful too.

Matt, Jordan and Nicole in the Propp team pulled out all the stops to get my mum's bringing loan over the line and too a tight deadline.
Funding was for the purchase of an apartment in a nursing home which had to be completed quickly.

From the moment I was recommended to use Propp I was impressed with the high quality of service I received.
Initially James helped me chose and secure the best mortgage deal available. From then on Sophie and Alexia were tireless in their correspondence with the Lender's solicitors, my solicitors and the seller's solicitors. Particularly, when the notice for completion had been served (not just once but twice) they were instrumental in daily contacting solicitors to make the deal happen. Without Propp and the work of Sophia and Alexia I would not have been able to purchase my Buy to Let apartment.
As this was my first step into the world of being a landlord I was nervous to get things right. This meant I was somewhat 'needy' in in the number of times I called to ask questions of Sophie and Alexia. They could not have been more helpful and pleasant in the process, knowledgeable and friendly.
As a result of the exceptional service I received, I cannot recommend highly enough.

This is my second time working with the Propp team. I needed to find a lender on a very tight deadline, and they understood my situation perfectly, doing their best to find me the best possible option.
The process is still ongoing, but I can't thank them enough for their hard work, especially Abigail. She emails me early in the morning, sometimes as early as 7:30 or 8:30 am, which shows how dedicated she is to working with and for us.
Megan and Harriet have also been excellent with communication. I haven't regretted choosing Propp for a moment.

The aftercare was also great. Was handed over to Jordan once the formal offer was given, who liased with my solicitor and ensured completion went smoothly and was not prolonged. Very bad communication. I dealt with a certain Louis Theed regarding remortgaging of commercial property in London and having provided him with all the necessary information, it was all radio silence despite my repeated attempt to get an update. In the end, I gave up and went with another company which worked out well. Very unprofessional outfit!

My experience with Propp was very positive, I am very impressed with my adviser Jordan Moore, she was professional very knowledgeable and extremely attentive, asked good questions, and was always proactive, she collated all the required information ahead of time, and had me have ready any additional information that would be required, she made a stressful process seamless, worked weekends to ensure we met the deadline for submitting my mortgage application and subsequent mortgage offer and completion, tenacity and professional service of the highest quality is how I would summarise the service provided.

Matt and his team go the extra mile to get you finance, so I would definitely use them again.

Do ask, however, what is your proposed lender's longest estimated speed of completion. I needed the funding urgently and the lender with whom I had agreed terms was still asking more lengthy questions more than 2.5 months later.

Matt and his team tried everything to get the funding and ensure that the lender stuck to their original terms, and would have succeeded had I not received funding from another source.

I was referred to Propp by the excellent London & Country. I don't think my business proposition was big enough because after an initial consultation I had to chase the broker to get any response and have heard nothing but automated emails since.
