Very quick turnaround for a regulated bridge - competitive rate with the lender and super fast communication. From first call to receiving funds took less than two weeks. Will deffo use again when time arises. Special thanks to Louis and Megan.

Great service from Propp. I had been using another broker who could not obtain a mortgage offer for me and Matt came to the rescue. A very stressful situation was turned around very quickly.
