This is the second time

A great company to do business with. My own experience with them has been first class. Nothing a bother.

I strongly advise against ordering from this vendor. I placed a pre-order and was promised a shipping date, which came and went without any update or explanation. Their team only responded after I repeatedly followed up, and even then, they waited for me to request cancellation rather than proactively communicating — a complete failure in customer service.

The refund/compensation offered was insufficient: a tiny discount code that does not reflect the full amount I had already paid. It is clear that delays, lack of communication, and poor handling of customer concerns are standard with this company.

This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. If you value reliable delivery and professional customer service, look elsewhere. I regret making this purchase and will not order from them again.

I ordered a phone case and received a notification that it had shipped. I’m in the US and I have no way of tracking it. I sent an email to the company to inquire and I didn’t get a response??
I was a little hesitant to order from a company based in the UK and now I kind of wish I hadn’t. It’s only been 10 days, and maybe the tariff situation held things up?
Proporta could be better at communicating.

I brought a ted baker phone case, I have brought many in the past. I don’t think this is a genuine Ted Baker case, poor quality compared to others I have had

Placed an order for 2 phone cases as Proporta is the only place that offers the Ted Baker covers my wife loves. Provided with a delivery due date BUT then informed there was a delay in shipping. This delay extended to several weeks but Proporta kept us informed and when the shipping date was extended again they offered us a discount on the order. So while the order was delayed by a considerable time the cases arrived safely and Proporta offered great customer support. We will continue to use them in future. Thanks

Great experience with Kobul, contacted regarding a faulty case and which was purchased as a gift, replacement sent with no problems.

Emailed as they requested, third time, still had no reply or case, be a month since placed order, and paid!

Got a Ted baker iPhone folio case - I was very pleased with it, despite the colour disappearing from week 1 where the case folded on itself, and all around the phone.
Fast forward the end of the case, where the case came to bits and inside a piece of page with different colours like a maths table - this to me showed the item is a fake, as Ted Baker wouldn’t fill the case up with sxxxe.
