Met the Propiteer team (Julie and Dave) at an investment event and was really impressed.

I invest across a range of asset classes and apps, and I have to say the sign up, product selection and top-up/investment was seamless. I started with the minimum investment and have since ramped up my investment with confidence in the products and service - I currently receive monthly returns on my Propiteer property bonds.

My relationship manager Julie has been a superstar, really giving her all to providing outstanding service. I am kept informed with upcoming developments, products and events. Could not recommend Julie and the broader Propiteer products more!

Both my wife and I have been investing with Propiteer since 2016 and our whole experience has been so positive. The returns are excellent and there have never been any issues arising. I particularly like the dashboard which makes control very easy and all documents are readily available which means we are not cluttered up with paper. Customer service has always been exceptional - Jenny and recently Stephen Killick have been a delight to deal with.

I have never before invested my money into anything that wasn't my home. I was a little nervous and Julie took the time to talk me through it. If it weren't for her and her patience and knowledge I wouldn't have invested.

Excellent organisation. My clients were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and were delighted with the service that the wonderful Julie gave them. The product supplied is fabulous. Extra marks go to the guided tour around the new Hilton at Peterborough and the fascinating insights into hotel developments supplied by Dave Marshall and especially Mike Aspinall. Mike fills you with confidence that these guys really know their onions.

Introduced to Rob via email on the 09/06 which he followed up by a call to go through my requirements and what was on offer, all went well, very clear and concise.
Subsequent follow up with Rob and Jenny in support my account was opened by the 15/06 and I was invested and earning interest by the 16th.

Communication is key to my relationship with investment companies and Propiteer Capital plc are extremely customer focussed.
This is reflected in my recent experience with Julie, my new relationship manager. Despite not being a large investor with the company I felt Julie treated me with courtesy, respect and a good sense of humour. She responded quickly to my queries and if unavailable returned my call the same day.
The company offer a good range of investment opportunities and to date have delivered.

Everything went very smoothly. Robert contacted us to make us aware of the offer and we were happy to go ahead with some further investment.

Second investment for me in Propiteer Capital PLC. The Sales Manager was supportive in facilitating the completion of paperwork and the making of payments to complete the transaction. General information from the company about their development projects is interesting and accessible to the layman. It would be helpful to have the same level of information and understanding about individual investments as the legal and technical language of the subscription documentation can be baffling to those not well acquainted with such matters.
