Property Solvers Recensioni

Property Solvers.

I dealt with Sifiso Mpisana from the start.

Clear and informative, he took the time to explain the reasoning behind the offer that I received and ensured that I understood.

Called me back when he said he would each and every time.

During the process an offer was made on my property from a different source, I accepted the offer and appologised to Mpisana, he immediately wished the best and informed me that his offer stands for 28 days (from memory) and to call him anytime to resume should the sale faulter.

I fealt that Property Solvers were honest, professional and transparent during the time I dealt with them.

Great guy unfortunately price low at this stage, maybe at some point I will do a deal.

Prompt, respectful, clear information

I can’t praise property solvers enough. They guided me through a particularly difficult scenario, went over and above board to get the sale over the line. They were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable.
Thank you so much Ruban and Michael

The agent was helpful in providing us with the correct information and the best way to sell our property without involving their own agent. They were honest and helpful especially James who was knowledgeable and supportive . We enjoy and greatly benefit from their weekly reports regarding the market and the best way forward in selling and buying your properties

We decided to sell our house with Property Solvers after a year on the market and constant disappointments with previous agencies. We initially spoke with Jacob and were impressed with his calm, friendly telephone demeanour, his high level of professionalism and his prompt response to many of our enquiries. We spoke with other property agencies and were very mindful as to who to proceed with given the setbacks and disreputable companies we've had to deal with, but Jacob's demeanour at the first stage of contact convinced us this would be the right company to proceed with and thankfully, our decision proved a correct one. Through the whole process right up to completion of sale just a month later, the communication with Jacob and Michael was prompt, honest, friendly and professional - attributes that are becoming increasingly rare in the property market as we know only too well. Thank you Jacob, Michael and the Property Solvers team.

Megan was helpful, listening to our needs and gave me all the information we needed

They rang me back promptly, were very helpful and followed up just once. I didn't end up using them but I would if needed.

Jacob was Very helpful with excellent communication. Explained all options available well.

Although I did not proceed to use Property solvers I was happy with their service and follow up

Megan was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Ruban was very informative, gave me the reality of the service you provide. Thanks very much.

Prompt response to enquiry with an in-depth reply explaining reasons for the information given and decision made and offering alternatives and suggestions.

My email can always be responded promptly with detail information.

Faz's professionalism ranks the highest I have come across in this industry. It is a minefield of disreputable companies out there, and then I came across this gem. Although Property Solvers were unable to help me due to circumstances outside of their control, Faz gave 5 star⭐customer service even suggesting alternative ways for me. He genuinely cared about my circumstances, going the extra mile to try and help me. I even received a follow up call the next day to see what progress I had made. Faz deserves every success in his career - it is a rarity to find someone of his calibre these days with 100% integrity. Faz, if you are reading this please can you let me have an email address for you as I would like to let you know my outcome. Blessed to have found you. My very best wishes, the lady in Bournemouth. I use a pen name on here. Thank you 🙏

Very helpful, offered good advice. Sympathetic to my situation. Much appreciated.

I decided to sell my house via auction with Property Solvers. I initially spoke to Jacob who set everything up and then Michael who managed the sale, both were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, listened to all my questions and guided me through the process. Both were also very proactive and responsive. Even better, my property sold before the auction and completed exactly as per the terms agreed. Would highly recommend.
