Our team have been requesting for property valuations from PropertyPricer. The process of requesting is very easy and valuations are received within 1-2 business days after request. Ross was also very helpful to one of our staff in sorting out our double charges concerns.

Considering the property needing valuation was unusual, Ross communicated well to ascertain the best valuation and a retrospective one at that. Very efficient and reasonable fees. I will be back.

In-depth and well researched property value analysis
Thanks very much for the excellent service. I provided very detailed information and Ross took it all into consideration to produce a very thorough Property Value report. The reasoning behind the valuation was well explained and I feel much more confident in its methodology than I do with the vague appraisals often given by real estate agents. I highly recommend PropertyPricer to anyone looking for an in-depth and well researched property value analysis.

SMSF Valuation Reports - Fast to Respond
PropertyPricer was fast to respond to my request for a valuation report. I received the report within 24 hours of applying. The valuation report is easy to read, concise and covered everything I needed to provide my auditor.
