Top ten least reliable companies about. Their building is closed down and they don't have a physical entity anywhere. They don't reply to calls and messages for days on end but remain posting promo on their social media... They do have good properties to be honest but their terrible customer service lets them down.

Excellent service from a fantastic team. They were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. 🚨 Public Awareness – Please Be Careful! 🚨

Scam alert! Whatever they tell you, don’t believe anything until they provide real proof and written verification.

They showed me a property advertised at £1,100 pcm, and even confirmed in writing on WhatsApp that the rent had been reduced from £1,200 to £1,100. However, after verifying my documents, they suddenly changed their mind and raised the price by £100, going back on their own confirmed offer — which is against consumer law.

To make things worse, they deleted all WhatsApp messages and evidence, wasting my time and money in the process. They clearly don’t care about clients or professional ethics.

I’m genuinely shocked that they didn’t even bother to offer an alternative property or solution.
Please be cautious and don’t fall for the same trap
