My review of Properdex shilajit:
My review of Properdex shilajit:
I have four different brands of shilajit. I waited a week in between each brand to try them. Of all of them, Properdex was the best.
I found that if I kept taking the other brands every day without stopping to take a break I got fatigued. That did not happen with Properdex. I felt energetic but not jumpy and I didn't even realize I did more and pushed myself more doing exercise or chores. My mind is clearer, energy level up, brain fog not so intense, although, here I am almost 12 AM with my eyes wide-open. I should not have taken the second dose at 6:00 PM...lesson learned. Weird dreams also. But not scary just weird.
