I ordered BAC water vials from them. However, when I received my package they sent me unmarked syringes full of liquid. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I tried contacting them 3 separate occasions and they never responded so I ended up having to contact my bank. Would not recommend- there are plenty of other places that are reliable.

I purchased Retatrutide and GHK-Cu from ProPeptide on 21 May. The GHK-Cu appears to be working as expected, but my experience with the Retatrutide was disappointing. After using approximately 5 mg, I did not experience the expected effects, and I raised the issue with the company.
I was initially informed that a refund would be processed by 30 May. However, after following up, I was offered a 10 mg replacement despite having purchased 40 mg. As of the date of this review, I am still waiting for a clear resolution.
I am attaching screenshots of my conversations so others can review the communication for themselves. My expectation as a paying customer is either a full replacement of the amount purchased with supporting batch verification and testing documentation, or a refund within the timeframe promised.
I hope the company resolves this matter promptly and improves its handling of customer support and product quality concerns.

To clarify, the smaller replacement option discussed earlier was only intended as an initial troubleshooting step, not as a lower-value final replacement. After speaking with you, we arranged and reshipped a full upgraded replacement to resolve the matter properly.

Where do I start the packaging shocked me I’ll be honest I expected way less and was i hit with a surprise. Everything came in insulated boxes and the delivery time was fast I received my products in under 4 hours I’ll most definitely be shopping with them again
