Propeller Travel Recensioni

great team!.. super quick and on it till its done!.. anytime again

Absolutely fantastic service! I'm so glad I found these guys. I tried for years to book my own complex itineraries and it was nigh-on impossible. For £35, you can't go wrong!

Phenomenal service that goes above and beyond. Daniel and Alp are absolute professionals who have been so reliable and kind. A few times had very tricky itineraries to navigate which they did easily, and helped with last minute changes. Also been very good on helping with things like airmiles enquiries. Strong recommend - and will continue being a happy customer myself! Thank you

Needed to fly out from the US for a complex business trip to the UK and Dubai and get there within 48 hours.

Found out about Propeller through Flyertalk recommendations, and i'm happy I did! The team responded after a bit more than an hour and spent a long time supporting me on the phone and even on WhatsApp to get me where I needed to go and even maximise my status earning.

The support continued throughout the trip via Whatsapp and made a huge difference.

Thank you so much for your help!

Propellor Travel recently helped me out of an extreme situation with quite an extraordinary level of service. I was working at sea when a relative on the other side of the world died. A water leak on the ship had destroyed my laptop so I was left trying to book from just my phone, while bobbing around the Canary Islands with intermittent and dodgy internet. Despite all that, Daniel and his team managed to secure last minute seats, in the middle of school holidays (one was literally the last available on the plane). They got me to the church on time, as it were, and back to the ship shortly afterwards. Despite the extreme situation they were calm, organised and cheerful. I even got a free upgrade on the return leg. I can't thank them enough. They treat clients as if they're family, which was invaluable during my bereavement. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Consistently great service from the team. I routinely use them for booking premium hotel rooms and complex flight itineraries. They always have good advice and are responsive to my requests. They’re happy to keep going to and fro as I think through my options and what I need for a trip.

I have used Propeller for several years for complex air travel. My family and I started to use them for Hotel bookings - and discovered some really good benefits vs direct booking.
Super fast service - almost 24/7 as far as i can tell!

I have used Propeller numerous times and each time the experience has been completely positive. They have helped me with short notice and complex flight bookings, hotel accommodation and changes where airlines have cancelled/re-arranged flights.
Their fees are very reasonable, excellent value for money.
Can't recommend them highly enough

Always very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Have used the service for many years for British Airways GUF bookings - would highly recommend.

Fantastic service - will use again for sure. Handled a relatively complex booking with ease.

Very helpful and responsive - I wanted to create complex (12 leg) multi city flights which I had created on Google Flights. Not only were they able to recreate the itinerary but also managed to save the cost of the domestic leg.

An excellent service all around.

Propeller travel were able to work with me to book a complex itinerary to New Zealand, with the specific flights and sectors I had requested.

Usually I would have to spend hours on the phone with carriers to detail my requirements, but Propeller is really set up for travellers such as myself.

Can’t rate them highly enough!

Courteous agent, fast response and very easy booking process. Excellent service as usual.

Very quick and efficient service 24/7 and great rates, always competitive and able to save money as well as provide details of promotions to give us a smile.

Propeller Travel are the best booking agents I have ever used across many years. My plans were detailed and complicated but they worked through everything quickly, efficiently and cheerfully. They found great solutions to my tricky itinerary and at a great price. They could not have been more helpful and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I would give them six stars if I could.

I have been a user of Propeller Travel for a while now a d always use them to handle airline ticketing where the itinerary is too complex to book myself online.

They are incredibly responsive, professional and knowledgeable - definitely beats having to struggle through typical airline telephone booking channels

I use tools such as ITA Matrix to find what look to be ideal itineraries and fares for me and I can share that with them as a starting point for finding the ideal routing and fare

They also shone through during the last year or so of covid monitoring itineraries and adjusting for changes

I thoroughly recommend them

Lovely experience throughout!

Working with Propeller has been as smooth as it gets. They handled everything for a business trip I was about to have and provided support throughout to ensure the stay was going well. They even checked-in with the hotel on a Saturday to ensure I was taken care of!

Absolutely recommend them!

Fantastic and quick service. Worked proactively with me through a range of scenarios, prices and cabins to get the best value. The depth of knowledge and speed place the a notch above other agencies.

My experience was truly exceptional. DK went above and beyond at every step in helping me arrange my proposal evening. I was, in fact, touched by the level of care and attention to detail I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Been a happy customer of Propeller Travel for several years now, and they have handled the most complex bookings of airfares with flair and quick turnaround times.
Even the stuff that not even some of the big-name agencies could pull off.
