I would give no star but it wouldn't let me.
I've had nothing but crap service from these twits. They no nothing about customer service. I've been trying to my money from them for almost a year now and they keep giving me the run around. Telling me my email isn't listed on my account. They listed me as a US account not Canadian which screwed me for my customer payments and every time Ive asked for help they make up some stupid excuse the immediately send a ticket saying it's been resolved. Propay is NOT pro, it should've called crappay and crap service. Do not use their service because you will get scammed for money every time. Hence is why our company has canceled them as our transaction provider. They know not what they do. Shame on them. I hope carma hits them hard.

Unfriendly copy-paste customer "don't care" service that does not address the issue at hand. Finally had enough, moving to another payment processor.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Our money is sitting in our propay account and for some reason stopped transferring. I have tried 7 times to contact anyone that can answer this basic question, and I keep getting transferred to different call centers. For a company that deals with our and our many tenants’ real money… this is absolutely ridiculous.

We had this payment processor for years with no issues. Recently we had some fraudulent donations come through. Propay was as unhelpful as possible-their customer facing reps do not know how to solve problems and customers are not allowed to speak to the back office who does. They treated us (a nonprofit and their customer for years) hostilely and like criminals; and could offer no help in getting the fraud to stop. Terrible communication and hours and hours total waiting on hold. Each time we called it was like starting over-no record of past conversations. Would not recommend.
