Customer services email was abrupt and less than informative when I contacted them for an update after 3 weeks as was within the expected delivery window. Provided no update on expected delivery. Delivered at exactly 4 weeks

As these items are bespoke to the club, they're not an 'off the shelf' product and it is advised on the product page that delivery would be 3-4 weeks - which I believe we did deliver in that time frame.
