Booked 2 flights to India for my elderly parents in May 2026 for departing in November 2026.

I went onto the airline website to see if I could book the seats with the booking ref I was given at the time of booking. Unfortunately I was unable to log on said incorrect booking reference so I called Promotional Tours end of October to request the e-ticket be sent to me and they were insisting that I provide my card details, expiry and CVC code when I refused they hung up on me.

I called again and I was told that if I don't provide a CVC code then they would not confirm the booking. They proceeded to tell me SHUT UP and hung up on me.

I have to rebook the flights for my parents and contacted my bank

First of all, if I had option to give less than 1 star, i definitely would

DON'T Book with this company... Had one of the worst experiences trying to book flight tickets with this company. These ppl aren't verified under the Atol/ABTL system which are required by all travel agencies.

We found after one month of taking the ticket and paying for it, there is no such ticket with the main airline and when asked for refund they never properly acknowledged or gave back my money.

It's safe to say these ppl are scammers... don't loose your money as well.

Book a international flight ticket and paid for it. After I finished paying for it. I want online and checked if on flight it was. A couple day before flight checked again booking gone. The person who the flight was booked for went to catch flight and was told by airline that the ticket was cancelled by promotional tours Ltd. I called and tried to get money back. I contacted my bank and thats how I got money back . DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
