Friendly, fast and affordable!

The delivery date was changed three times. Then I received my order and wasn’t exactly what I was promised. A mock up of my branded Swivel flash drive was to have the logo in front and my contacts the the back. Unfortunately, we discussed it and their agent one Seth promised to effect the change on the phone. When my order finally arrived later than it was needed, I found the contact missing. I sent a mail to Seth complaining about that and he merely said it was what he sent in mock up. I asked how about his promises and the mail asking me to send my complete contact as I needed it? No more replies till now. Seems their words don’t mean much or perhaps they don’t have the right persons to address the problems

Very happy with the service and shipping provided by this company. Very easy to get what I want, how I wanted it. Response between the providers and I was fast and extremely helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I ordered the Venice style USB and had a video loaded on them. Seth was super prompt in his response and great customer service. I really like how they match the colors to your logo for no added charge as well as print on the back for no charge. I needed them expedited and received within a week. There was a $39 rush charge which I gladly paid and they were received on time as promised. Great job and I highly recommend.

We just ordered another 270 flash drives from PromoDealer. Very happy with the quick turnaround!

Really the only place I have found that can:
1. Actually imprint my logo and color profile without distortion or manipulation, which for a company that prints, is part of our brand.
2. The prices in relation to available storage capacity are very reasonable
3. They actually offer to replace bad (if any) USB drives... no re-manufactured drives, which previously used vendors tried to pawn off, resulting in failure rates/ineffective devices.

Overall, PromoDealer will earn my repeat business.

Seth was great to work with. Very personable and excellent information turn around time.
Where I am disappointed was that some of the wording in my logo that was put on the flash drives came out too small to read. The mock up I received was a much larger representation than the flash drive size in reality. So the wording looked very readable when I reviewed the mock up.
In the future I think you should have your mock up proofs match the actual size of the drive.
