Orders can take up to 2 weeks to…
Orders can take up to 2 weeks to deliver. If you ring to check on the order they won't be any helpful or try to push it quicker, even when u are a loyal customer ordering every few weeks. Won't be ordering from them again

Our courier partner has experienced a large volume of parcels since November 2025 and this has impacted the operational running of Promed business. I had escalated your parcel query on a number of occasions but unfortunately did not get a response. purchasing and sales team are good, clear and informative when asked questions. The servicing / repairs could be a bit quicker with replying and keeping us up-to-date with what is going on. Overall Promed is very good.
