When we first contacted them, we were amazed by their speedy response for all kind of enquiries. Transparent and no fuss.
On the day we moved, we were a bit worried at the beginning whether we will be able to vacant on time since we had over 120+ boxes, bags and furniture. We were absolutely impressed by their professionalism and their willingness to go beyond to meet clients’ needs.

They packed everything properly and made sure my furniture was protected during transit.

Superb service from the team. Appreicated their professionalism and time management. Would highly recommend to those who need peace of mind when moving home.

The 3 movers are very efficient and baring with us who have not yet fully pack everything before the move. We needed to move in 2 rounds from a 3 storey house to another 3 storey house and the whole process completed in 7 hours including dissembling and resembling a very complicated bump bed with drawer stairs and 2 hard wood desks. Amazing! The fee structure is easy to manage.

The only thing we think the company can improve is that they did not wrap furniture with card boards and not wrapping the mattress with new plactics before putting into their recycle bags. Though they were very careful during the move but this may still create some little scratch and may not be as hygienic.

Professional, punctual and always care and considerately your items & property during assignment. The service is good and will refer to others.

Shown class and professionalism. Arrived earlier than the scheduled time and everything was neat and efficient. Expected a three-hour service or even more but everything was sorted in 2.5hrs in the end. Staff are friendly and extremely professional. Easy and effective communications with the CS team or the main focal point. Everything was smooth and easy to understand. Highly recommended for anyone who are after a house moving team.
