Project Sneakers Recensioni

Took the money for my order over a week ago. Didn’t get any update on my order so went on their online chat to ask for info, they said my order wasn’t fulfilled then got told it would be with me Thursday coming sending a screenshot of something that wasn’t my order. Then didn’t answer any of my questions after raising concerns about my order being right after being sent a screenshot of something that wasn’t what I paid.. I was ignored on their forums and Instagram and email chat which I tried. Then got a text today to say my order has been cancelled when it was a Christmas gift. Poor customer service no communication with the customer. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here as there is no reliability so your order may not come

Unfortunately, I can’t give a good review following on from my last. I wasn’t contacted at all to say they didn’t have my shoes in and I had to push for refund and only then did they tell me after a couple of days they couldn’t fulfill my order. I wouldn’t trust this company ever again and messed me around multiple times. I would give this company a miss

Great service, communication very good, trainers came on time and they were perfect.

Definitely use again without hesitation

The shipping was accurate and they actually came faster than expected. The shoes were exactly what they said they’d be and I was a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews but everything went well.

ordered a nike jordan 1, approximately 3 weeks ago and still waiting.
Extremely disappointed to say the least as this item was to coincide with my daughter's birthday.

I am yet to receive my order or a response to my e mails and face book messages, no customer service what so ever

Super easy to order and came quicker than expected!

Awesome service, delivery was right on time 👍🏼 Definitely would buy from here again

Fair price, quick delivery and quality Jordan’s.

Order a t-shirt and they sent the wrong one emailed many times no response
Then someone came back to me through Instagram told them what happened then again no response

Very quick service and delivery. My daughter is so pleased with her new trainers

I’m still waiting on a email from them from over two weeks ago. That should you tell you something.

Sorted me out with the pairs I needed quickly when nobody else could. Bought pairs with ease and great customer service despite the pandemic. Will always be my go to if I need shoes.
