Great customer service and the products were great! The fact they are a B Corp makes the experience even better.

A superb company! We create a lot of merchandise across our client portfolio and were keen to move to more sustainable designs. To find a genuine B Corp offering a one-stop shop with a fabulous range of desirable products has been a revelation.

From start to finish Project Merchandise went above and beyond to ensure we got the right products, at a fair price and from ethical sources. And a speedy delivery! Couldn't recommend enough.

Ordered 800 branded mugs with them and very happy with the results. Probably ordered at the worst possible time, loads of strikes and problems with ports so the problems that did arise were unavoidable. They were adaptable considering and able to update and respond rapidly so what they could do was very helpful!

Project Merchandise have not only been very quick to deliver during a time where other suppliers are experiencing production issues/delays, but the quality of the products is great! The communication from requesting a quote to delivering the item/s and providing tracking, proof of delivery etc has made this vendor/supplier stand out against others for our business.
