Just great service
We all know things go faulty. That's just life but what is important to me is how a company deals with them.
I had a faulty Curv smart TRV that was showing a permeant room temperature of 50C. I contacted the service desk and spoke to the wonderful Lessi. She guided me through some fault finding but after a couple of days it was obvious the TRV was faulty. A new valve was sent out straight away with no quibble. To be honest I had dealings with the Curv support desk 18 months ago and that was a different story. They have polished up their act! Well done ProjectCurv

Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing very quick replys and helped me every step of the way to get my heater fixed they sent me the new updated v2 heater module and the v2 thermostat box and all instructions on how to fit and connect it all and now my heater works like the day I brought it

Fantastic new heating system
Have had installed the infra-red heaters. They look fantastic on the wall, far better than even the modern wet system wall radiators. Now we have very efficient heating which is far more healthy and environmentally friendly. In addition we can control each heater separately using the app, wherever we are.
Big thank you to Lessi in the customer services department who kept me informed every step of the way.

Curv radiator valves stopped talking to…
Curv radiator valves stopped talking to the server 3 weeks back. The app doesn’t talk with the server either. Sent an email, no reply, filled out the contact form on the website, no reply, sent a tweet, no reply, sent a request through the curv app, no reply.
