I attended the Change Management Foundations and Practitioner courses and found them both to be of a very high standard. The facilitator presented the subject matter in an interesting and engaging manner and the course materials were excellent. As a result of this, I felt well prepared for the exams associated with the training.

This course was valuable because it gives you a wide range of practical skills and multiple change methodologies. Unlike other courses that focus on a 'one size fits all' approach. Project Laneways give a broad overview of how each methodology can benefit varying organisations. I have worked in Change roles for 3 years and learned valuable new skills to try and a more solidified foundation on change templates and methodologies.

Dan was an engaging teacher and was able to bring the course content to life and easily applicable to real world scenarios. The content and material was well designed and structured, with self assessment opportunities to evaluate and consolidate knowledge along the way. Project Laneways is an excellent, exciting and innovative training company. They have a very high calibre of experienced trainers who are informative, speak in 'plain' English, have collaborating experiences to share and are open to questions that 'push' the course. The handouts are extremely useful and the power points are not overloaded so you are not sitting there reading. There are also interactive exercises which provide an extra layer of learning and a different viewpoint from your other attendees. All in all this was 1 of the best courses I have attended in my 35 year career.

I wholeheartedly give five stars to Project Laneways for their brilliant three day Change Management Foundation course. Dan who ran the course displayed the perfect balance of industry knowledge coupled with real life examples and a nice addition of perfect humour.

The short course I did with project laneways was well structured and the presenter was great in using real life examples to help me consolidate the theory.
